At Painting By Numbers Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artistic apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't fit your style, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
